Terms of Service

By using LabelDex, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

1. What We Provide

LabelDex is a platform to discover, track, and connect with record labels. It includes:

• Label database + filters
• Community feedback tools
• Optional paid features (Pro/Platinum tiers)

2. Account Requirements

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Use accurate, real information
• Not abuse or exploit the service

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions

• Paid plans are managed via Stripe
• You can cancel anytime via your billing portal
• Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law

4. User Content

If you post content (e.g. feedback, messages), you:

• Grant us permission to display it within the app
• Are responsible for what you post — no hate, spam, or abuse

We reserve the right to remove content that violates community guidelines or laws.

User-Submitted Data

When you submit label information, DJ promo inboxes, or other data through our submission tools, you:

• Grant LabelDex a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and incorporate that data into our platform
• Confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Confirm you are sharing publicly available contact information (demo emails, submission forms, public profiles) and not private or confidential data

4a. Contributor Rewards Program

Users who submit label or promo data that gets approved may earn free months of Pro subscription. The program works as follows:

• Each approved submission earns one (1) free month of Pro
• Maximum of 12 free months per account
• Duplicate, inaccurate, or rejected submissions do not earn credits
• All submissions are reviewed and approved or rejected at our sole discretion
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
• We may modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time

5. No Guarantees

We don't guarantee that:

• You'll get signed by a label
• Every label listing is 100% accurate
• Our site will always be available or error-free

Use LabelDex at your own risk. We're constantly improving, but bugs and downtime may happen.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LabelDex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using this service.
